4. Our Role

KnownUnknown acts as a curator and connector of creative talent. We are not an employer, and unless explicitly stated, do not act as an agent or representative. We retain full discretion over member selection, project participation, and inclusion in the KnownUnknown Network.

5. Artificial Intelligence & Creative Practice

KnownUnknown does not require members to use artificial intelligence or AI-assisted tools in their creative practice.

Members remain solely responsible for ensuring that any work they produce complies with applicable intellectual property laws, contractual obligations, and any requirements specified by a client or collaborator.

Where a client or project specifies restrictions, preferences, or disclosure requirements relating to the use of artificial intelligence, members are expected to comply with those requirements.

KnownUnknown recognises that creatives and clients may hold differing views on the use of artificial intelligence. We do not require the use of AI as a condition of membership or project consideration and seek to respect project-specific requirements and preferences.
